The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
MONDAY
2:51 a.m., fire call — A vegetation fire broke out outside of a business on Pesce Way.
9:45 a.m., burglary — The maintenance shop at an apartment building on Greenley Road was broken into and items were taken.
10:24 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A caller on Greenley Road said a man approached them and threatened to beat them up. The man then tried to sic his dog on them, but the dog bit him instead.
1:23 p.m., theft — An arrest was made after a woman put stolen items from a business on South Washington Street in her purse and walked out.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
MONDAY
4:55 a.m., Groveland — A business was vandalized on Back Street.
9:56 a.m., Twain Harte — A building was burglarized on Mountain Placer Road.
10 a.m., Tuolumne — A catalytic converter was stolen off a vehicle parked at a market on Tuolumne Road.
10:47 a.m., Jamestown — A person said they were sexually assaulted on Seventh Street.
11:56 a.m., Twain Harte — A building was vandalized at Mount Elizabeth Road and Elizabeth Peak Road.
4:47 p.m., Twain Harte — A caller said they were assaulted at a business on Twain Harte Drive.
5:02 p.m., Twain Harte — A building was burglarized on Italian Bar Road.
6:01 p.m., Jamestown — A caller on Tulloch Dam Road said their pontoon boat was stolen.

3:03 p.m., Sonora — Lauren Huddy Maire, 39, of the 200 block of Greenley Road, was booked after an arrest on Greenley Road.
6:02 p.m., Jamestown — Christopher A. Binfield, 50, of the 1100 block of Stanton Way, Modesto, was booked after an arrest at Highway 49 and Rawhide Road.

CALAVERAS COUNTY
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
MONDAY
7:43 a.m., Valley Springs — A report was taken for suspicious circumstances at Hedgpeth Road and Baldwin Street.
1:47 p.m., Camp Connell — A burglary took place on Meko Drive.
4:30 p.m., Burson — A caller said they heard an explosion on West Lake Road, but deputies were unable to locate anything suspicious.
7:29 p.m., San Andreas — An arrest was made after deputies responded to a call of suspicious activity on Mountain Ranch Road.

Nicholas Joseph Allen Frazier, 39, of the 400 block of Gold Strike Road, was booked on suspicion of rape, threatening crime with the intent to terrorize and sexual battery by restraint, as well as misdemeanor charges of simple battery and malicious mischief to a vehicle after an arrest on Highway 49.
