Concerts planned from Dardanelle to Copperopolis

Live music will continues at Mother Lode venues.

Concert in the Square, Copperopolis

The Star Dogs will perform 1970s pop and dance music from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, July 24, at The Town Square at Copper Valley, 100 Town Square Road.

The Star Dogs play dance and pop music from the 1970s and ’80s.

Dardanelle Concerts, Dardanelle

In lieu of its regular evening concert, The Burn Permit band will perform from noon to 3 p.m. when the Dardanelle Resort hosts the annual Run to the Pines (see related story, next page).

Concert in the Park, Tuolumne

Blow Daddy will perform high energy dance music beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, at West Side Memorial Park, Bay Avenue at Main Street in downtown Tuolumne.

An open air market begins at 4 p.m. Chairs and blankets are welcome, and food vendors are on site for those with an appetite. For more information, call (209) 9281214, or go online to tuolumnerecreation.com.

Concert in the Pines, Twain Harte

Stompbox will perform beginning at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 24, at Concert in the Pines at Eproson Park on Meadow Drive in Twain Harte.

The band plays blues-infused rock and roll.

Concert-goers are invited to bring chairs, blankets and picnics to the free concert, which is sponsored by the Twain Harte Area Chamber of Commerce.

Music in the Park, San Andreas

The Bob Eisenman Jazz Band will perform a wide range of jazz styles from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, at Turner Park in San Andreas.

Concerts are sponsored by the Calaveras County Arts Council.
